Anabel S. "I wanted to send out a sincerely thanks to Pinnacle Security for their EXCEPTIONAL WORK!. I must confess that at first I was optimistic of the functionality of the alarm system because it had never been set off (by a burglar). Recently, that was put to the test when someone broke into our house. It was within minutes that a Pinnacle agent called my husband and I to let us know that the alarm had been set off by a window. Turns out someone had broken the window to our back bedroom. The intruder was able to break into the house but was quickly scared away when the alarm set off. If it had not been for Pinnacle security I'm sure the intruder would have ramsacked the entire house leaving us with nothing. Bryanna C. - I am a 26 year old single, woman homeowner and the thought of buying an alarm just seemed really expensive to me.  I bought my townhome in January in what I thought was a pretty nice neighborhood in an area about 25 minutes outside of Baltimore.  Recently, I was out watering my flowers and one of your sales reps walked up to me and asked me if I knew some of the neighbors he had recently set up with a Pinnacle Security system.  I suspected he was just trying to break the ice so he could make his little sales pitch, and I really didn't want to spend money on another monthly bill, but he was kind of cute so I kept listening.

I looked into get an alarm with a different company when I first bought the home, but I just didn't have the $600+ Brinks was asking so I put it off.  After Adam explained the promotion he was doing in the neighborhood, and how the other three neigbors on my street qualified to not pay anything up front, I let him show me what Pinnacle had to offer.  I was really excited about the cellular part of the alarm, as well as the touchscreen keypad Adam told me about, but my biggest concern was my basement window and door.  It's a three story town home and I can't hear anything from my bedroom, but now I sleep with much more piece of mind because I can see everything on my system from the touchscreen in my room!

I never realized how much I would use an alarm and how much I love having one!  It's much more effective than the softball bat and butcher knife I kept next to my nightstand!  Yes, I know it sounds crazy, but it was really scary being alone in a new home every night.  I've since referred Adam to several friends and family members and he's all ready set up two of them.

Holly B - "Last month, a criminal broke into my next-door neighbor's house at 3 a.m., while they were home.  They do not have an alarm system.  Fortunately, their dog chased the criminal off the property, but only after he had stolen some antiques and jewelry.  This criminal was a convicted heroine user, who had broken into other homes in the neighborhood, been caught and arrested, and released on bond, only to continue to rob houses after that. 

That early morning, my young daughters and I were home alone.  My husband was out of town on business.  We have Pinnacle signs surrounding our home, and I always set the alarm before going to bed.  When we spoke with detectives that showed up after the crime, they told my neighbors and me that the criminal "cases" houses in the neighborhood, and only breaks into ones without alarm systems and without outdoor sensor lighting!  I cannot tell you how grateful I was to have your alarm system that night.  Had he broken into my home, with only my daughters and me in there, I can only imagine how terrible things could have gone.
